Goldie's Timeline

To watch this beautiful girl float across the ground is nothing short of poetry in motion.  Lithe, graceful,  athletic, but  gentle and cuddly, she gives meaning to the word 'lovely'.  Lovely in looks as well as  character and combines her joyous happy nature with the sweet and  gentle intuitivity  of her Therapy Line background. Goldie is a second generation beyond the IRISH Soft Coated Wheaten infusion used in the Medium and Standard sized lines.

Four generations past the legendary Rutlands Heritage (aka ZERO)  through her sire Tegan Park Mahoso Amour, and five generations from the matriarch of the Therapy Doodles, Rutlands Anastasia, Goldie carries a blend of the finest and oldest ASD Australian Labradoodle Therapy bloodlines

Goldie's first litter was to Rutlands Kelby, himself a legend, in mid 2008 and we have been ecstatic with the overall quality temperament and coat of the puppies.  We will be following it with huge interest.

Our waiting list was so long that we didn't keep a puppy from Goldie and Kelby's first litter in 2008 but you can sure we will be lining up for a treasure from her with her next litter!

Featuring   "Shiloh"   (Goldie/Kelby)  Arrived SFC  4th July 2008

Beverley -

I  thought you would  enjoy a first snapshot of Shiloh hanging  out with my 10 year old sheepdog Zoe on the deck.  Shiloh sneaks up  on her when she is asleep and curls up next to her stomach.  This  photo is at about 11 weeks - as of last week (16 weeks old) Shiloh  was 23 pounds and almost as tall as Zoe.  She has grown like a weed  these past 2 weeks!

Shiloh is an amazing dog .. and that is from someone who has had 2  amazing sheepdogs  that i trained as therapy dogs. Smart and mischievous.  Very athletic.  A loving nature with both  people and dogs ... all of this I know comes from both nature (her  parents) and the good nurture - that you all gave her as a start.   She is a natural with kids.

When people see her and feel her coat - they are amazed.  She is  incredibly soft and loose.  and her coat color is very Wheaton like  -- I think that infusion blood thru Goldie's line is a winner.  Hopefully I am doing you proud with the continuing nurturing and  training.I have been taking her to 2 puppy playgroups each week as well as  puppy kindergarden and a session a week for me with a private trainer  -

And many people come up and ask me for puppy play dates for their  pups with Shiloh - -She has lots of energy (she runs like the wind in  playgroup) but is not out of control in her play which is what amazes  them.    When she would get over exuberant in play, I would pick her  up and cradle her on her back in my arms and she would almost  immediately relax like a rag doll -- people called her 'the muppetdog." anyway, a quick photo of her at about 11 weeks... she is looking more  and more like her mom as she grows.  I think she is going to be a big  girl .. and it is fun to experience a dog with a tail for the first  time :-)

 With appreciation and love

Featuring "Matey"       (Goldie/Kelby)         Arrived in California 4th July 2008

Dear Beverley and Helen,

Rob and I cannot thank you and Rutland Manor enough for our precious boy! He arrived safely at JFK airport and was delivered to the cargo area promptly. It was love at first sight! Our 6 year old son Billy was completely surprised and we can't wait for our older two boys to meet him when they return from summer camp.

Matey arrived from the west coast content and clean with his tail wagging. He is absolutely beautiful and sweet. The preparation he has had before coming to New York is evident. He did not even flinch when a plane took off in close range at the airport or when the July 4th fireworks were taking place near our home. He loved his snack of yogurt and pumpkin I brought with us to the airport.

Again, we feel so lucky to have Matey as a new member of our family.

We just spent the last few hours with "Paco" who is a Rutland Manor dog owned by Andy and Julie Kr.  Matey had lots of fun and now he is resting in his crate.   Have a nice day,

 Warmest Regards,

Amy L -  California.
